Colombia's ETB targets IPTV launch for 3Q 2013

In an interview with Dinero.com, the President of Colombia’s Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá (ETB) has said that the company will launch its long-awaited IPTV service in the second half of this year, most likely in August or September.
