TEO deploys IP video content delivery services with Espial MediaBase

OTTAWA — Espial, a leader in on-demand TV software and solutions, today announced that TEO LT — Lithuania’s largest telco, IT, and TV services provider — has launched its next generation of on-demand video services using the Espial MediaBase content delivery platform. TEO provides the latest in Video-on-Demand and time-shift TV services to its IPTV subscribers across Lithuania.
