VTK to introduce IPTV in Chechnya

Vainakh Telecom (VTK), a telecom operator in Russia’s Chechen Republic, has announced that it plans to launch IPTV. The company has said that it is working with system integrator BCC of Saint Petersburg on the installation, and that the service will have more than 120 channels.
VTK has 30,000 fibre customers in Chechnya, as well as 30,000 with internet access over Wi-Fi.
