T-Mobile Netherlands to launch OTT TV in Spring 2016

T-Mobile Netherlands has announced that it will launch an OTT television service, called KNIPPR, in spring 2016.

KNIPPR will be available either via an app for both Android or Apple smartphones and tablets, or via the KNIPPR website. Customers will also be able to stream to a TV with either Google Chromecast or Apple Airplay.

KNIPPR will be available anywhere in the Netherlands where there is a good internet connection. There is no requirement to be a T-Mobile broadband customer.

Customers who wish to receive the service earlier can sign up to be a tester, with the service launching in beta in early 2016.
