Vietnam households to receive set-top boxes

According to ViệtNam News, Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communications has appointed the Vietnam Public-Utility Telecommunication Service Fund to provide set-top boxes to more than 454,000 poor and near-poor households.
The boxes will be provided to eligible homes in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho and HCM City as part of the country’s transition to digital broadcasting.
