Luxembourg - Télé des P&T

P&T Luxembourg has launched its commercial IPTV service “Télé des P&T” (“Tele vun der Post”) following on from successful trials, begun in Autumn 2007, in the district of Limpertsberg in Luxembourg city.

Initially, Télé des P&T is available to residents of the following 9 localities: Luxembourg-Limpertsberg, Mersch, Reckange, Moesdorf, Beringen, Berschbach, Schoenfels, Rollingen and Leudelange. Télé des P&T will then gradually be rolled out across the territory of the Grand Duchy.

The basic Télé des P&T package, consisting of more than 80 TV and 40 radio stations, is priced from €19.99 per month, including decoder (excluding LuxDSL connection and telephone line charges).

Included among the innovative features of the service are: la Gestion du Direct (pause and resumption of a program at any time), an Electronic Program Guide (including title, description and duration), a five programme interactive mosaic, and parental controls. Other features, such as Video on Demand and themed bouquets, will be added soon.
