DMT to supply Deseo companion device to NET Brazil

Digital Multimedia Technology (DMT) has announced that it has signed a contract with cable TV operator, NET, of Brazil to supply its Deseo companion device. Deseo converts an HD set-top box into a secure UHD/4K gateway.
The company has said that it will deliver the first boxes this month and expects that more than a third of NET subscribers will use the device.
DMT is also in talks with Tata Sky of India to offer the product, and is set to supply Deseo to KT Skylife in Korea starting this month.
