Soft launch FAVO™ technology for seamless and connected digital lifestyle
TAIPEI, Taiwan — Streaming21, a leading solution provider of seamless on-demand service platform, will join Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) to participate in the world’s second largest computer exhibition – Computex Taipei 2008, June 3-7. At the show, Streaming21 will soft launch its seamless on-demand technology called FAVO™, which offers a seamless on-demand service platform for connected digital home. The technology, as a “Digital Utility Pipe”, enables contents and services to flow seamlessly to connected devices over the digital converged industry value chain to the users.
At the Microsoft booth, Streaming21 will showcase its FAVO™ services, which is fully integrated with Microsoft Windows Home Server and connected with many IP-based devices such as STB/DMA, IPTV, Digital Photo Frame, IP-Refrigerators, Mobile devices and more. FAVO™ services delivers personal (video, music and photos), aggregate rich Internet/Community/Commercial contents, and provide communication and sharing services in a unified and intuitive user interface designed for easy operation with a remote control or touch panel.
