Veset cloud playout platform integrated with AWS cloud services

Interoperability with AWS Media Services and Amazon CloudFront

Veset announced today interoperability of its cloud playout platform Veset Nimbus with the following services from Amazon Web Services (AWS): Amazon CloudFront, AWS Elemental MediaLive, AWS Elemental MediaStore, and AWS Elemental MediaConnect.

Interoperability with AWS services allows content owners to efficiently create linear channels and deliver these to vMVPD and OTT platforms including Roku, Hulu, Samsung, Amazon Prime, and others. By leveraging AWS Media Services, Veset Nimbus provides a comprehensive one-stop platform for linear channel origination and distribution. It covers the entire linear channel workflow from content ingest, MAM, playout, encoding, to CDN and feeds delivery infrastructure.

Veset Nimbus is a professional cloud-based playout platform that allows content owners to originate and operate their linear TV channels in a cost-efficient, agile and flexible manner. AWS Media Services make it fast and easy to transport, prepare, process, and deliver broadcast and over-the-top video from AWS.

Veset Nimbus has been natively designed and built for the cloud and runs on AWS. That allows it to be one the most cost-efficient, flexible and agile cloud playout platforms on the market and makes the technology a natural choice for any content owner looking to broadcast in the new world of OTT linear television.
