Botswana - BEStv finally receives broadcasting licence
Thursday, August 14th, 2008Black Earth Communications (BEC) has received its satellite broadcasting service licence from the Botswana Telecommunication Authority (BTA). BEC will trade as Black Entertainment Satellite Television (BEStv).
