AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands — MwareTV, a leading cloud-based multi-tenant TV platform, has today announced the formation of a new partnership with shared services provider MultTV. Based in Brazil, MultTV will offer MwareTV’s IPTV/OTT platform to its Brazilian ISPs as well as other service providers. MwareTV’s new platform will enable ISPs to rapidly launch their own TV service with a fully customised interface. ISPs will have the option to use their own content or MultTV’s extensive library of content / channels or a mix of both.

Launched in more than 25 countries, MwareTV’s multi-tenant service is highly intuitive; and will enable system integrators, service providers, content hubs and content aggregators to launch a fully branded TV service in an hour, complete with a customer management module that reflects the brands unique look and feel. The platform is highly scalable with no limit to the number of ISPs that can be added. It also includes a full TV management system and a range of Apps that are accessible across all devices, including Smart TVs and Roku.

Expected to launch in Brazil later this month, the service will include a flexible pay as you grow model, enabling MultTV customers to expand in their own time with limited upfront costs.

“Personalized content on the go, on the device of your choice, is what today’s entertainment is all about and we’re thrilled to be among the first operators to introduce this leading-edge TV technology in Brazil, said Luiz Gewers, CTO of MultTV. “We were very impressed by the friendly user-interface and quick time to market of MwareTV’s proven platform, and we are excited to be able to rollout this service to our existing subscribers to provide them with better functionality and accessibility across all devices.”
