Simply.TV Acquires European Metadata and EPG Specialist GVIDI

  • Simply.TV, a leading content discovery and metadata provider, has acquired privately held Dutch EPG specialist GVIDI

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Simply.TV is as of today announcing its acquisition of metadata specialist GVIDI. Simply.TV will be adding extraordinary talent, strong leadership and approx. 25 customers. The acquisition is Simply.TV’s first and underpins the ambitions of the company.
