Leveraging their respective expertise, Ad Insertion Platform (AIP) and castLabs have joined forces to offer a full end-to-end Server-Guided Ad Insertion (SGAI) solution set to redefine the streaming and OTT industry.
The collaboration between AIP and castLabs marks a significant milestone in providing content providers with a comprehensive solution for maximizing revenue and enhancing viewer experience. castLabs’ renowned PRESTOplay is the first fully compatible video player with AIP’s innovative SGAI technology: AdBlendr. This combination gives clients the possibility to seamlessly integrate the full AdBlendr SGAI solution into their platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility without technical hassle.
Server-Guided Ad Insertion needs to have a video player, not only to able to manage the HLS Interstitials and the future MPEG-DASH Media presentation insertion, but also to be able to manage all the advertising trackers and information that needs to be sent back to the ad server(s). The combination between AdBlendr and PRESTOplay is providing the market a real on the shelf solution for customers willing to implement SGAI on their service.
AIP and castLabs have decided to go a step further by proposing an optional bundle offer with AdBlendr, that will integrate the PRESTOplay video player for customers willing to have the all-in-one pre-integrated solution.
