O2 Czech Republic offers smart TV with pre-installed O2 TV app

O2 brings customers a smart TV with a pre-installed O2 TV app and a custom button on the remote control.

As the only Czech digital television company, O2 brings a novelty to the market – a smart television with a pre-installed O2 TV application and its own special button on the remote control. This will bring customers a convenient and direct launch of the O2 TV application. With a single click, it opens the door to an endless supply of movies, series, entertainment and the best sports content.

“The new product complements the wide range of devices on which O2 TV can be watched. Thanks to its features and functions, it will provide our customers with the maximum experience of watching their favorite content. Thanks to the two screen sizes, it fits perfectly into every home or even a cottage,” says the director of digital services and O2 TV, Dana Tomášková.

The design is elegant and modern thanks to the frameless screen. With a diagonal of 43 or 50 inches and Ultra HD resolution, it offers a vivid and realistic image. Both variants from the manufacturer KIVI TV have the Android TV 11 operating system and also have advanced functions such as direct LED backlighting, support for HDR, HLG and MEMC. Super contrast control and Max Vivid ensure deep contrast and rich colors. A powerful quad-core processor, 5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 guarantee speed and efficiency. The sound experience is supported by Dolby Audio technology and automatic volume control. The remote control RC45 with Bluetooth, infrared ports and microphone brings convenient control of the TV.

In addition, O2 also offers the option of purchasing in instalments. The more compact version with a 43-inch screen (109 cm) is offered for only 119 CZK per month when spread over 60 instalments, while the larger 50-inch version (127 cm) will cost only 149 CZK per month . It will be available both in stores, the Customer Line and on the O2 website.
