Digital television available to 80% of Belarusians by 2011

By the end of 2010 digital television will become available to 80% of the Belarusians. It will be made available in line with a plan of measures developed by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus (Minsvyazi) to expedite the introduction of digital television in Belarus.
