Eco Controllo codec improves on H.264 and MPEG-4

Italian company Eco Controllo has claimed that it has developed a new codec for High Definition video with a compression ratio up to four times greater than that currently available, including that obtained from the latest generation of H.264 and MPEG-4 codecs.
