Russia releases DVB-T2 receiver specification

The Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network (РоÑÑийÑкаятелевизионнаяи радиовещательнаяÑеть) has released minimum technical requirements for DVB-T/T2 set-top boxes, TVs and CAM modules.
According to RBC Daily, services could begin as early as March this year now that DVB-T2 testing that was taking place in cooperation with Rostelecom has been completed.
