Trenque Lauquen trials IPTV with Amino

The Cooperativa de Electricidad de Trenque Lauquen in Argentina is conducting IPTV trials in 15 homes with MPEG-4 set-top boxes from Amino Communications (LSE: AMO).
Two weeks ago the Argentine Congress approved a Law on Audiovisual Communication Services, which allows utility cooperatives to provide IPTV.
The Trenque Lauquen cooperative has 2,700 phone users and 1,350 broadband customers. The city of Trenque Lauquen has around 50,000 inhabitants.
