Toshiba demonstrates single-chip Digital TV at IFA

At this year’s IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin, Toshiba Electronics Europe (TEE) will be showcasing system-on-chip (SoC) technology that simplifies the design and implementation of digital television applications.
In hall 2.1, room 216 and 217, Toshiba will be offering live demonstrations of a number of products including the Donau family of highly integrated SoCs for iDTV, set top box (STB) and digital TV recorder (DTR) applications. New single-chip products for key functions such as scan rate conversion and MPEG4 video processing will also be on show for the first time.
