COTAS launches digital TV in Bolivia with Motorola

SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA — The Home & Networks Mobility unit of Motorola (NYSE: MOT) has been chosen by Bolivian cable operator COTAS (Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones Santa Cruz) for the implementation of its digital TV system, which will provide advanced television services to customers in Santa Cruz. With this latest technology, COTAS will be able to offer services such as High Definition TV (HDTV) and Video On Demand (VoD), among others.
