TSTT Deploys ADB Set-Top Boxes in Trinidad & Tobago

Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Launches IPTV Service using ADB Set-Top Solution

GENEVA, Switzerland — Advanced Digital Broadcast (SIX:ADBN), a leading supplier of technology to the global digital television industry, announced today that Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) is deploying a variety of ADB set-top boxes as part of a pioneering effort to bring IPTV services to the twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago.

TSTT, one of the telecommunications industry’s leading innovators in the Caribbean market, has chosen ADB as one of its key strategic partners, using ADB’s IPTV set-top boxes to address a broad set of needs throughout its subscriber footprint, beginning on the island of Trinidad. TSTT has also contracted ADB services to assist with system integration and ensure a seamless consumer experience. The solution is being deployed in conjunction with Border States Electric, an ADB distribution partner.
