Viewers Demand For High Definition Soars With Over 110,000 OSN DTH Subscribers Enjoying HD; The Largest HD Subscriber Base In The Middle East And Now Launching Its HD DVR

DUBAI — The region’s first bouquet of high definition channels is now being enjoyed by over 110,000 OSN – Orbit Showtime Network subscribers. The addition of extra HD channels including OSN MOVIES HD, and SKY NEWS HD responds to increasing customer demand for high quality programming with the intensity and vividness of HD. Over 30,000 subscribers are gaining access to OSN’s HD channels every month.

As the Middle East’s most comprehensive HD service, 110,000 OSN homes can now access up to 12 HD channels spanning entertainment, sports, movies and documentaries, including brands such as DISCOVERY HD, NAT GEO WILD HD, FOX SPORTS HD, FOOD NETWORK HD and SHOWSPORTS 1 HD.
