Japan's NTT to offer high-definition digital TV via fiber optic lines

TOKYO (Thomson Financial) – Japan’s Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp will start offering high-definition digital television broadcasting service in March by enhancing its fiber-optic network, the Nikkei business daily reported on Friday.
