TechniSat Digital and Mototech form STB Joint Venture

TechniSat Digital S.A. and Mototech Co., LTD. have signed a Joint Venture agreement for the supply of embedded CAS STBs to defined markets. Herewith both companies would like to combine their competencies in R&D, Production, and Sales & Marketing to realize synergistic gains in the market with its Joint Venture Company “Prime Electronic Polska Sp.z o.o.”.

The Joint Venture created by TechniSat Digital and Mototech Co., LTD. has its core business in developing and extending marketing activities of embedded CAS STBs in Eastern Europe. To secure and extend the market positions of both companies in this sector and to meet the market requirements effectively; TechniSat Digital and Mototech Co., LTD. will combine their advantages to fulfill these requirements.
