Sky Deutschland launches cable PVR

MUNICH — Sky Deutschland (XETRA: SKYD.DE) has launched a version of it Sky+ personal video recorder (PVR) for cable networks in Germany. The HD box has a 160GB hard disk, and supports the reception of 3D-HD with a 3D-capable TV.

The PVR works with most cable systems but not on the network of UnityMedia.
