Taiwan - Some STBs below government standard
Tuesday, December 11th, 2007Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on December 10 indicated that its Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) has tested the reception performance of 10 sampled digital TV set-top box (STB) models produced by 10 Taiwan-based makers and as many as five of the devices failed government standards.
