Japan - Govt panel to submit plan for easing TV show recording rules

The Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry will ask TV stations and copyright organizations to ease dubbing restrictions to allow DVD recorders to record digital TV programs nine times instead of once, according to ministry officials.
