Cyfrowy Polsat launches PVR with built-in HDD

Cyfrowy Polsat has announced the availability of its new PVR HD 7000 dual-tuner satellite receiver. The HD-capable box integrates a 320GB hard disk drive (HDD) – the first PVR from Polsat with a built-in HDD. Previous PVRs have required the addition of an external hard disk via USB.

The set-top, produced by Cyfrowy Polsat themselves, has an HDMI interface for connection to the TV and can be connected to the internet to view content from OTT service provider ipla.
