HISPASAT to make Ultra HD channel available
Thursday, July 25th, 2013MADRID — HISPASAT has announced that it will soon launch a dedicated channel in Ultra High Definition (Ultra HD). The channel, to be called Hispasat 4K, will be available for use by the television industry.
The announcement was made at a press conference to celebrate the signing of an agreement between HISPASAT, RTVE, Abertis Telecom and production studio Apuntolapospo for the production of a 50 minute documentary in Ultra HD on the history of the Prado Museum and the works of art housed there.
