Industry Leaders Consortium progress Development of End-to-End Specification for IPTV and prepare for opening

Open IPTV Forum members – AT&T Inc., Ericsson, France Telecom, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Nokia Siemens Network, Sony and Telecom Italia – are progressing a number of specifications to define interoperable end-to-end solutions for delivery of IPTV services.

Basic requirements and feature specifications are getting stable, architecture and technology choices currently are in the focus of work.

Further the Forum is heading towards an open invitation to join in fall this year.
