Türk Telekom IPTV subscribers down 6,000 in 2Q 2014

Türk Telekom, Turkey’s leading communications and convergence technologies group, announced 2014 second quarter financial and operational results.
Türk Telekom’s OTT and IPTV service, Tivibu, ended the quarter with 1.9 million subscribers up 1.3% in the quarter. Of the total, the number of IPTV subscribers was 302,000, down 6,000 (-2.0%) in the quarter, but up 89,000 (41.6%) year-on-year.
