Viuing is a startup that offers the first portable device based on TV technology. It is disposable, simple and highly functional. The device broadcasts in real time big public or private events, allowing us to enjoy every second of those events.
Viuing, established by Sergio Palomino, Marc Garcia and Toni Felguera, takes its starting point the lack of audiovisual information in big events, which many times implies a significant loss of information and experience. This startup offers the possibility to know very single detail of these events in real time, thus covering a market need that some event organizers were demanding.
In its first funding round, Viuling, which is only 1 year old, has raised €700,000 which will enable it to start the go-to-market this year 2015.
Among the investors are Inveready (one of the main venture capital investor group in Spain), Bankinter (which participates through the program Entrepreneurs of the Bankinter Innovation Foundation), Sitka Capital, GV Capital, Vebus Capital, Alva House Capital, Aristos Gestión and Ramanigi Capital.
Some business angels have participated, too, like Carlos Fabregat, Eduald Domenech, Hugo Fdez Mardomingo, Marc Fabregat , Oriol Juncosa y Xavier Verdaguer.
This startup’s main goal is to lead the real-time broadcasting of big events market at an worldwide level.
