Orange Slovakia launches VOD with Banaxi

Banaxi Video on Demand and Orange Slovakia launched strategic cooperation

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia — Banaxi Limited, a VoD operator, launched a strategic cooperation with one of the biggest mobile phone operators in Slovakia – Orange Slovakia. Customers of Orange taking advantage of TV Extra, SAT TV Extra and Fiber TV services have got an access newly to Banaxi video on demand service called Filmoteka+, where monthly subscription package includes 50 films and series as well as individual films from Banaxi offer. Filmoteka+ contains popular classic films, as well as mainly new film hits including last blockbusters Interstellar and Hobbit: Battle of five armies.

Banaxi Limited focuses on sale of VoD services under own Banaxi brand as well as development of OTT services for all technological platforms for clients requiring white label service. Banaxi closely cooperates with Tesco Stores CR in the Czech Republic, providing online VoD service called Banaxi Clubcard Kino. Banaxi is preparing cooperation with more operators within region of Central and Eastern Europe next to own activities in preparation in China in the near future.
