Telia deploys ARRIS IPTV STBs in Sweden and Finland

SUWANEE, Ga. — Telia Company selected the VIP4302 set-top from ARRIS International, plc (NASDAQ: ARRS) to deliver IPTV services to its TV and streaming customers in Sweden and Finland.
The new service, launched last week, offers IPTV content with a fully integrated Netflix and YouTube experience. The ARRIS VIP4302 also supports new High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) – with twice the efficiency of current video delivery standards – enabling Telia Company to offer a greater breadth of advanced HD services over its current network.
