PARIS, France and ALVISO, CA, USA — Sagemcom and Minerva announce the integration of their solutions to provide IPTV operators a turnkey and innovative ecosystem to drive a roadmap of new services

Sagemcom’s set‐top box is built around a quad digital core from Broadcom, supporting the HEVC standard and giving access to 4K and HDR content. The set‐top box is easy to connect to with its robust wireless capability based on 4×4 802.11ac Wi‐Fi for 4K multicast IPTV streaming. Customers benefit from an enriched viewing experience with an accelerated user interface that presents seamless navigation through a wide range of content including live TV, VOD , video replay as well as over the top service providers YouTube, Netflix, Fox and others. The Sagemcom set‐top box platform delivers to end users premium content with superior picture definition, color and brightness.

Minerva 10 represents the next generation platform for video entertainment services. This highly scalable, robust platform that cost‐effectively scales to millions of subscribers, enables operators to offer advanced pay TV services including VOD, Catch‐up, Restart TV, Cloud DVR and multi‐screen streaming to a variety of mobile devices. Subscribers benefit from a modern, easy‐to‐use interface with personalized recommendations and the ability to seamlessly switch viewing across devices. A fully integrated solution, Minerva 10 offers the fa test time to revenue for operators.
