- Conversational AI – speak to applications, devices and web services in a natural, humanlike and intelligent way
Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, announced today a new partnership with Zenterio, a leading television and multiscreen solutions provider. The alliance will enable Zenterio to offer its customers a conversational AI element in its interactive TV platform.
Zenterio OS enables operators to offer the interactive TV services their customers are demanding, regardless of the TV client device. Its flexible software platform allows operators and third parties, through Zenterio’s open API layer, to develop the next generation of services. The partnership with Artificial Solutions provides the conversational AI technology for Zenterio to expand its offering as the demand for intelligent conversational interaction grows.
“Our technology enables operators to harmonise the user experience across different countries, manufacturers, and ecosystems so it essential that our partners can deliver the same independent ethos, and is one of the key reason we chose to work with Artificial Solutions,” says Marco Frattolin, VP Product Management of Zenterio. “While voice interaction has been around for a while, sometimes it’s still easier to press a button. But conversational AI is changing how consumers view voice and we expect demand to grow as people realise how easy it is not just to talk to their TV, but receive an intelligent response too.”
Artificial Solutions’ conversational AI platform, Teneo®, allows enterprises to rapidly build a range of artificially intelligent natural language applications in multiple languages, running over any OS, on any device. Able to understand complex sentences, remember details, and continue interactions as the user switches devices, it offers one of the most humanlike experiences available in commercial conversational AI today.
“Conversational AI offers companies a way to differentiate themselves, particularly in crowded market spaces where customer retention can deliver huge gains,” Andy Peart, Chief Strategy Officer of Artificial Solutions. “We’re delighted to be working with Zenterio to enable a humanlike, natural language experience within interactive TV services.”
