Premium Sells 100% Of R2 To Sky
COLOGNO MONZESE — With reference to the Press Release issued on 30 March 2018 (“Mediaset-Sky Italia Agreement“), Mediaset Premium Spa today sold to Sky Italian Holdings Spa 100% of R2 Srl, the company to which Premium contributed the Operation Pay branch for areas including technical maintenance, sales and similar.
The operation concluded today is subject to the approval of the relevant authorities (AgCm and AgCom) and doesn’t concern the Mediaset Premium Spa pay TV offer. The company will also continue to manage its customer base.
