NORRKOPING, Sweden — Dreampark, one of the leading providers of middleware for any platform – cable, terrestrial or IPTV – in the European market, is delivering TV on Your Terms at IBC 2008 with demonstrations of its next generation SVG-based TV middleware with outstanding performance for HD graphics, as well as the newest release of its Dreamgallery™ middleware, featuring Picture This! Live MMS to your TV.
Visitors to the Dreampark stand (5.A21) will experience how Dreamgallery is maximizing operator flexibility and performance by taking advantage of the powers of open standards, such as HTML and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), to give operators full control of their TV portals for customization and regionalization. The introduction of Dreampark’s SVG-based middleware dramatically optimizes the response times and speed of IPTV services while providing outstanding GUI opportunities and performance for HD graphics.
Operators running Dreamgallery software may not only fully control the business portal using the advanced “What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get” administration tools, but may also extend the functionality of the platform independent of Dreampark developers. Dreampark customers also have the advantage of freely selecting among a wide range of set-top boxes, video servers and CA/DRM systems as Dreamgallery is pre-integrated with a number of proven ecosystems.
Dreampark’s launch of the newest version of its Dreamgallery IPTV middleware is packed with next-generation features that include live MMS to the TV, mobile PVR, pre-paid, Dreamlets and RSS support.
These features will be demonstrated over an IP infrastructure at the Dreampark stand at IBC 2008.
