Pace Micro Technology announces new Sky business win
Tuesday, August 7th, 2007SALTAIRE, UK — Pace Micro Technology, the leading independent developer of digital TV technologies for the global payTV industry, has today announced a new business win with BSkyB.
In this latest round of contract awards, Pace has won additional Digibox business for the 2007 financial year. Under contracts awarded previously, Pace expects to commence deliveries of Sky HD boxes at the end of 2007 and continues to ship the digital video recorder, Sky+.
Neil Gaydon, Chief Executive Officer for Pace Micro Technology commented: “With this new supply agreement we’re delighted to confirm our ongoing relationship with Sky. I’m particularly pleased that we will start supplying Sky HD boxes for the first time later this year.”
These contracts wins are already factored into Pace’s expected financial performance for the 2007 and 2008 financial years.
