Dominican Republic to begin DTT testing this month

SANTO DOMINGO — The Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomunicaciones (Indotel) has announced that digital terrestrial television tests will start in the Dominican Republic later this month. The tests are part of the selection process to choose the DTT specifications for the country. DVB, ATSC and ISDB standards are on trial.
