ANTEL Uruguay goes with Alcatel-Lucent and Microsoft for IPTV

The Uruguayan state owned operator Antel has reportedly chosen a platform from Alcatel-Lucent (Paris and NYSE: ALU), with Microsoft Mediaroom middleware, for its IPTV network.
