4.5 million digital TV subscribers in Russia

According to estimates by iKS-Consulting, at the end of 2008 the number of pay-TV subscribers in Russia was 19.3 million. Cable TV dominates with 80% of subscribers. Satellite has most of the rest at 19% with IPTV making up the remaining 1%.
