CMMB network to be deployed in the U.S.

According to Interfax, a commercial mobile TV network based on China’s CMMB standard will be deployed in Atlanta in the United States in September, marking the first time that the standard has been used outside of China.

The project is a cooperation between TiMiTech and Motorola.
