Bulgaria's M-Tel to launch QUARTO digital TV

Bulgaria’s M-Tel is planning to launch an IPTV service called QUARTO to add to its offerings of mobile and fixed telephony and high-speed internet.
Packages are prices in four tiers – “Original”, “Basic”, “Elite” and “Premium”. The “Premium” package includes eight high-definition (HD) channels.
The service will launch initially in Sofia, Varna and Burgas with coverage to be extended nationally in stages.
