Motorola accelerates personal media experiences in the Middle East, delivering advanced high-definition VIP series IPTV set-tops

(NYSE: MOT) today announced that its Home & Networks Mobility business has supplied UAE telecommunications provider, ‘du’, with state-of-the-art VIP series IPTV set-top boxes. Motorola is du’s premier set-top provider, enabling the telecommunications firm to deliver high-quality IP video services to its customers.

The VIP12xx series set-tops support both high-definition (HD) and standard-definition (SD) digital video services.
