MATTOON, Ill. — Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL) reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009.

Consolidated Communications is a rural local exchange company providing voice, data and video services to residential and business customers in Illinois, Texas and Pennsylvania.

At September 30, 2009, IPTV subscribers were 21,518, an increase of 6,064, or 39.2% compared to September 30, 2008.
