MultiChoice Africa plans to launch this technology in 2008.

Neil Gaydon, Chief Executive Officer, Pace Micro Technology plc commented: “We are delighted to be chosen by MultiChoice to be a key supplier in its move to high definition. It was back in 1995 that Pace and MultiChoice first launched digital TV in South Africa and it is terrific news that we are once again working together on the very latest digital TV technology.”

Nolo Letele, Chief Executive Officer, MultiChoice Africa commented: “Pace is a leader in the field of both high definition and personal video recorder technology, which made them the natural choice for us as a key partner to work with on the launch of our HD service.”
