CompleteTV announces IPTV licensing deal with Surbhi
Friday, September 14th, 2007CompleteTV has announced that it has formed an agreement with Surbhi BroadBand, an Indian cable and communication equipment manufacturer, to license its latest Set Top Media Centre (STMC) technology for the Indian market.
