Claro Launch ROK-Powered Mobile TV Subscription Service in Paraguay

LONDON — ROK Entertainment Group, the mobile technology, applications and services company and Claro, the Paraguayan Mobile Operator, have today announced the launch of Web PPV, a streamed, live and on-demand multi-channel mobile TV subscription service.
Powered by ROK’s award-winning ‘ROK TV’ video-streaming technology, Web PPV offers ESPN, Discovery Kids, MTV, Nat Geo, Discovery, History, ESPN-X, A&E and Nickelodeon channels.
Claro has stated its delight in joining its parent group, América Móvil’s Telcel service in Mexico, in offering its customers the highest quality streamed mobile TV service available – which it will promote as a monthly subscription service priced at 40,700 PYG per month (approximately USD $8.50 per month).
