Anevia Implements Over-the-Top Video on Demand Services for Itacom Customers in Paraguay

PARIS, FRANCE — Anevia, a leader in video streaming solutions and service infrastructure for live TV and video on demand (VOD), today announced that it is has enabled Itacom to successfully deploy an over-the-top (OTT) video on demand service for Paraguay.

Itacom is a provider of internet, telephony, and television services to customers in Paraguay. Itacom has chosen to work with Anevia in building a new OTT on demand video service based on ViaMotion, a software-based Internet-protocol (IP) streaming solution that supports a wide range of industry standard protocols for third-party set-top-boxes (STBs), PCs, mobile phones, and tablet devices.
